The Summit Super Series enters its
final full month at our 86 member
tracks across North America. This
ultra prestigious series has only
gotten more valuable with the
economic issues currently in effect.
Thousands of sportsman racers have
been chasing a world championship by
racing at their local IHRA member
track. This one-of-a-kind program
rewards the most money at the local
and national level of any other
program in existence thanks to the
folks at Summit Racing Equipment.
Their focus on the sportsman racer
is completely in line with ours and
this program continues to be the
biggest asset for our member tracks.
The Nitro Jam World Finals at
Virginia Motorsports Park will be
the site of the race for the world
championship. This season, Miller
Race Cars
http://www.miller-racecars.com has
stepped up their involvement with
IHRA to provide a brand new turnkey
dragster to the Summit Super Series
Box Champ. This baby is powered by
World Products engine and features
high end parts from Hughes
Performance, Nitro Plate, Mickey
Thompson, Moroso, Simpson, AutoMeter
and Moser Engineering just to name a
few. This is in addition to the
$10,000 cash from Summit Racing!
The No Box World Champ will also be
collecting $10,000 in cash from
Summit and a tricked out custom Golf
Cart
http://www.ihra.com/article/5980.html
from Fayette Golf Car Company. If
you haven’t done so already, you
really need to check out their
massive online parts and accessory
listings plus the monthly specials
feature at
http://www.fayettegolfcarco.com/.
Great deals, great service and great
people are why they are the official
cart of IHRA!
The No Box champ will be putting all
their awards and prizes in a brand
new enclosed Haulmark trailer
http://www.haulmark.com/. Nothing
like getting a new trailer to
upgrade your racing operation!
Does it get any better? Oh yeah -
this entire event will be filmed and
broadcast on SPEED TV! And let’s not
forget about being featured the
cover of DRM

With all these great things
available for those that support
IHRA tracks, it’s no wonder the
Summit Super Series is the best
program for weekly racers - bar
none!
