Autofab
Race Cars has signed a three year
deal to become title sponsor of the
Raider ET Challenge. Autofab Race
Cars (a mail-order chassis and
performance parts company out of
Elkridge, MD) was founded by bracket
racers for bracket racers and has
been serving the needs of the grass
root racer for over 24 years.
Autofab’s reputation for
high-quality parts, innovation,
professionalism and integrity will
help take the Raider ET Series to
the next level! We want to thank
Computech Systems for their 7-year
support of this incredible series
and for getting the program to where
it is today.
The 8th annual Autofab Race Cars
Raider ET Challenge returns in 2011
as the most successful and
prestigious ET series in the region.
Plenty of cash, prizes and awards
await the points champion in Top ET,
Mod ET and Junior Dragster in this
8-race, all 1/8 mile series between
Maryland Int’l Raceway, Virginia
Motorsports Park and Richmond
Dragway.
MIR, VMP and RD are proud to offer
this exciting 1/8 mile series, and
an additional $5,000 has once again
been committed to the points fund to
pay back under the champions! The
8-races include a points program
that rewards each of the overall
champions in Top ET, Mod ET, and
Junior Dragster with a major
sponsorship for their bracket car in
2012. These sponsorships include
tires, fuel, oil, converters, gear
sets, weather stations... the list
just goes on and on!
Additionally, all three class
champions will receive FREE car and
driver entry for the ENTIRE 8-RACE
SERIES in 2012! If you thought it
couldn’t get any better than that,
how about a FREE reserved parking
spot to accommodate your FREE entry
– and a FREE CORPORATE SUITE at each
track for one weekend? It’s all up
for grabs; and with absolutely no
additional cost to join - because
your tech card purchase
automatically enters you in the
points series!
We will have first and second round
re-entry as well as a Mulligan for
all classes! This series is open to
all bracket racers - no
pre-registration is required. Class
and purse information for each day
of the AUTOFAB Race Cars Raider ET
Challenge is as follows: Top ET
(electronics) $5,000 to win, Mod ET
(footbrake) $2,000 to win and Junior
Dragster $1,000 to win (paid in U.S.
Savings Bond). An attractively
priced two-day entry fee is also
offered at each race.
If you race in Top ET, Mod ET or
Junior Dragster, mark these dates on
your calendar right away so you
don’t miss one of the best bracket
programs ever! The full-color series
brochure will be available on
mirdrag.com soon.
