Congratulations to the following drivers  that are now qualified to compete for Team MIR at the Summit Team Finals at Richmond Dragway on Thursday - Sunday, September 27-30, 2012.

In Top ET 1/4 the drivers are:  Jaycee Largent, EJ Parker, Bobby Spence, Robert Jones, Jake Milstead, Willy Hess Sr, Charlie Yingling and Duane Marquess.

In Top ET 1/8 the drivers are:  Mike Nelson Jr., Dale Smith, Steven Klock Jr., Jeffrey Jones, Kevin Roof, Marc Williams, Taylor Croson and Brent Martin.

The Top ET Wildcard is:  Jason Parker

In Modified ET 1/4 the drivers are:  Brian McLaughlin, David Meador, Tony Mattera, Joe Goldey, Steve Cross Sr and John Mattera.

In Modified ET 1/8 the drivers are:  Ed Talbert, Bradley Tippett, Nicole Talbert, George Windsor, Bart Spicer and Jason Kirby.

The Junior Dragster Wildcard is:  Shane Parker

With the dual points system in Top & Mod ET, qualifying will be as follows: For 2012 the 1/4 mile points qualifying will conclude first so that the first 8 in Top ET points and the first 6 in Mod points will qualify. If there are any qualified drivers that can’t go, the next person on the 1/4 mile points will qualify. When the 1/8 mile qualifying points conclude, the first 8 in Top and the first 6 in Mod will qualify. If any of the these drivers have either already qualified from the 1/4 mile points or if they simply can’t go, then the next driver on the 1/8 mile points will qualify.
