Ford Fever Classic Friday Parking Schedule

Due to the space needed for our weekly Friday night Midnight Madness Street Car Series, we cannot park for the Ford Fever Classic until about midnight. However we can park commercial vendors in the midway and flea market vendors in the swap meet area during the day and evening.

There will be a holding lot on the spectator side for anyone who wishes to drop a trailer or wait in line for the gates to open Saturday morning. There will also be a holding lot on the pit side for those who would like to stay up until midnight and park. To go to the pit side you must purchase your weekend ticket.


FORD FEVER CLASSIC CLASSIC RULES


STOCK
Quick 16 field. 1986 & newer naturally aspirated mustangs with radial tires and bolt-ons only.
  

Race Format: Quick 16 field, run on a pro ladder. Heads-up, .400 tree, no breakout, first to finish wins.

Body: 1986 & newer Mustangs. Cowl hoods only are allowed.

Engine: 302W and 4.6 modular motors only. Internal engine modifications are strictly prohibited (except for overbore allowance). Ford OEM factory-equipped cylinder heads are permitted (must have been available on your year, make, and model car), no porting allowed. GT-40 cylinder heads are permitted on 5.0 Ford Cobra factory models only. Stock camshaft is permitted only. Roller Rockers are permitted. External bolt-on parts only are allowed. No electric water pumps. Maximum CID for 302W blocks is 311ci. Maximum CID for 4.6 blocks is 289ci.

Induction: EFI only is allowed. Stock intake manifold only is permitted.

Power Adders: Not permitted.

Interior: OEM Glass windows, 2 front seats, dash & full carpet required, no bare paneling.

Drivetrain: Autos/manual trans only (no clutchless).

Chassis: Full stock uni-body chassis is required. Aftermarket “K” members are allowed.

Suspension: Stock type suspension is required. Front coil overs are permitted. Direct replacement aftermarket A-arms are allowed. Welded on rear sway bars are permitted. Ladder bars and wheelie bars are prohibited.

Exhaust: Mufflers required & extend to bumper.

Tires: DOT radial tires only.

Minimum Weight: All minimum weights include driver and vehicle.

302W – 2850 lbs.

302W Cobra models – 3100lbs.

4.6 (2 valve) – 2950 lbs.

4.6 (4 valve) – 3325 lbs.

 

MODULAR SHOOTOUT

Quick 8 field. 1996 & newer mustangs with modular motors, radial tires, and one power adder.

Race Format: Quick 8 field, run on a pro ladder. Heads-up, .400 tree, no breakout, first to finish wins.

Body: 1996 & newer mustangs. Cowl hoods only are allowed.

Engine: 4.6 modular motors only. No electric water pumps. Any internal modifications allowed. Maximum CID is 289ci.

Induction: EFI only is allowed.

Power Adders: Superchargers or single stage nitrous system permitted. A single supercharger is permitted, but must run off an 8-rib serpentine belt; intercooler and aftercoolers are permitted. Naturally aspirated vehicles are permitted to run a single stage nitrous system with 3 solenoids maximum.

Interior: OEM Glass windows, 2 front seats, dash & full carpet required, no bare paneling.

Drivetrain: Stock transmission only.

Chassis: Full stock uni-body chassis is required. Aftermarket “K” members are allowed.

LIGHTNING SHOOTOUT

Quick 8 field. 1993 & newer Lightning trucks with radial tires and one power adder.

Race Format: Quick 8 field, run on a pro ladder. Heads-up, .400 tree, no breakout, first to finish wins.

Body: 1993 & newer ford lightning trucks. Cowl hoods only are allowed.

Engine: 351W and 5.4 modular motors only. Any internal modifications allowed. Maximum CID is 360ci.

Induction: EFI only is allowed.

Power Adders: Superchargers or single stage nitrous system permitted. A single supercharger is permitted, but must run off an 8-rib serpentine belt; intercooler and aftercoolers are permitted. Naturally aspirated vehicles are permitted to run a single stage nitrous system with 3 solenoids maximum.

Interior: OEM Glass windows, 2 front seats, dash & full carpet required, no bare paneling. Rear window may be lexan to accommodate roll bar.

Drivetrain: Auto trans only.

Chassis: Full stock uni-body chassis is required. Aftermarket “K” members are allowed.

MILD STREET

Engine: 302W and 4.6 modular motors permitted only. Electric water pumps are allowed. Any internal modifications allowed. Maximum CID for 302W blocks is 311ci. Maximum CID for 4.6 blocks is 289ci.

Induction: A single carburetor or EFI is allowed. Commercially available cast intake manifolds only are allowed. Sheet metal intake manifolds are prohibited.

Power Adders: Not permitted.

Interior: OEM Glass windows, 2 front seats, dash & full carpet required, no bare paneling.

Drivetrain: Autos/manual trans only (no clutchless).

Engine: 302W and 4.6 modular motors only. Electric water pumps are allowed. Any internal modifications allowed. Maximum CID for all engines is 360ci.

Induction: A single carburetor or EFI is allowed. Commercially available cast intake manifolds only are allowed. Sheet metal intake manifolds are prohibited.

Power Adders: Only one power adder is permitted. A single supercharger is permitted, but must run off an 8-rib serpentine belt (Intercoolers, aftercoolers, and cog belts prohibited). EFI cars may use any multistage nitrous injection system. Carbureted cars must use a single stage fogger system or a maximum of two nitrous plates.

Interior: OEM Glass windows, 2 front seats, dash & full carpet required, no bare paneling.

Drivetrain: Autos/manual trans only (no clutchless).

Chassis: Full stock uni-body chassis is required. Aftermarket “K” members are allowed.

Suspension: Stock type suspension is required. Front coil overs are permitted. Direct replacement aftermarket A-arms are allowed. Welded on rear sway bars are permitted. Ladder bars and wheelie bars are prohibited.

Race Format: Quick 16 field, run on a pro ladder. Heads-up, .400 tree, no breakout, first to finish wins.

Body: 1979 & newer Mustangs. Cowl hoods only are allowed.

Engine: 302W, 351, and 4.6 modular motors only. No CID limit.

Induction: Carburetors or EFI permitted.

Power Adders: Only one power adder is permitted. A single supercharger with intercooler or aftercooler, and a cog belt is permitted. A single turbocharger with intercooler is permitted. Any style nitrous system is permitted.

Interior: OEM Glass windows, dash & full carpet required, no bare paneling.

Drivetrain: Autos/manual trans only (no clutchless).

Chassis: Full stock uni-body chassis is required. Aftermarket “K” members are allowed. Stock rear frame rails required.

Suspension: Stock type suspension is required. Front coil overs are permitted. Direct replacement aftermarket A-arms are allowed. Welded on rear sway bars are permitted. Ladder bars and wheelie bars are permitted.

Exhaust: Mufflers required.

Tires: DOT radial tires only. A 325 maximum radial tire is permitted.

Minimum Weight: All minimum weights include driver and vehicle.

All nitrous cars – 3000 lbs.

All supercharged & turbocharged cars – 3300 lbs.

 

STREET OUTLAW

Quick 16 field. 1979 & newer mustangs with 10” slicks, one power adder, and no CID limit.

Race Format: Quick 16 field, run on a pro ladder. Heads-up, .400 tree, no breakout, first to finish wins.

Body: 1979 & newer Mustangs.

Engine: 302W, 351, 460, 4.6 modular, and 5.4 modular motors only. No CID limit.

Induction: A single carburetor or EFI permitted.

Power Adders: Only one power adder is permitted. A single supercharger with intercooler or aftercooler, and a cog belt are permitted on small block engines only. A single turbocharger or twin turbochargers with intercooler are permitted on small block engines only. Multistage nitrous injection systems are permitted on small block or big block nitrous injected vehicles.

Interior: OEM Glass windows, dash & full carpet required, no bare paneling.

Drivetrain: Any type transmission is allowed, except no lencos.

Chassis: Full stock uni-body chassis is required. Aftermarket “K” members are allowed. Stock rear frame rails required, may be notched for tire clearance.

Suspension: Stock type suspension is required. Front coil overs are permitted. Direct replacement aftermarket A-arms are allowed. Welded on rear sway bars are permitted. Ladder bars and wheelie bars are allowed.

Exhaust: Mufflers required.

Tires: Any size DOT radial tire is permitted or a 28” x 10.5” maximum size slick is permitted, or 28” x 11.5” street slick. No “w” tires allowed.

Minimum Weight: All minimum weights include driver and vehicle.

Small block (Nitrous) – 2600 lbs.

Big block (Nitrous) – 3000 lbs.

Small block (Turbocharged) – 3100 lbs.

Small block (Supercharged) – 3150 lbs.

*Modular Engines – deduct 350 lbs from minimum weight.

 

PRO INVITATIONAL

Quick 8 field. Small block “power adder” mustangs vs. “all motor” big block nostalgia cars.

Race Format: Quick 8 field, run on a pro ladder. Heads-up, .400 tree, no breakout, first to finish wins.

Body: Ford Bodied Cars.

Engine: 302W, 351, 4.6 modular, 5.4 modular, and any big blocks are permitted. No CID limit.

Power Adders: Small block powered cars are permitted one power adder. Big block powered cars must be naturally aspirated.

Interior: Not required.

Drivetrain: Any trans allowed.

Chassis: Small block cars must be back-halved cars. Big block cars may be full tube chassis.

Exhaust: Mufflers not required.

Tires: Any size slick allowed on big block cars. Small block cars must use a maximum 10.5W tire.

Minimum Weight: None.
